GPI will provide a detailed report (with pictures) within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, regarding the homes condition to the client. The report is based on the opinion of the home inspector on the day of the inspection. The report will not be forwarded to any other person or entity without the clients written approval. Payment is due at the time of the inspection.
Seller’s Home Inspection

A seller’s inspection is the same as a buyer’s inspection, but the purpose is for the seller to understand the condition of their property when they are about to put their property up for sale. Knowing the condition of the property will allow the seller the opportunity to fix any deficiencies that may affect the selling price of the home. For this inspection, Galaxy Property Inspection will inspect all aspects of the home within the Standards of Practice for home inspectors. GPI will provide a detailed report (with pictures) within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, regarding the homes condition to the client. New Construction Home Inspection

A new construction inspection is simply a visual examination of the home, by a licensed and trained home inspector at the completion of the build. The buyer should understand the overall condition of the home at the time of purchase. For this inspection, Galaxy Property Inspection will inspect all aspects of the home within the Standards of Practice for home inspectors. GPI will provide a detailed report (with pictures) within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, regarding the homes condition to the client. The report is based on the opinion of the home inspector on the day of the inspection. The report will not be forwarded to any other person or entity without the clients written approval. Payment is due at the time of the inspection.
Commercial Building Inspection

Prices for commercial inspections can be negotiated, however all commercial inspections have a minimum price of $500 due to the extended amount of work involved with this inspection.

GPI will provide a detailed report (with pictures) within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, regarding the commercial property condition to the client. The report is based on the opinion of the home inspector on the day of the inspection. The report will not be forwarded to any other person or entity without the clients written approval. Payment is due at the time of the inspection.

The Walk and Talk
Price is based on square footage of the home, however the cost is ½ the cost of a standard home inspection.
The Walk and Talk is a service provided by Galaxy Home Inspection to a client who is considering the sale of their property. This service does not include a written report and in no way constitutes an official home inspection. Galaxy Property Inspection will meet with a seller and will walk the property with the seller, identifying any major deficiencies as seen by the inspector on that day. The purpose is to give a seller information regarding the current state of their property which allows time for the seller to address any deficiencies that could possibly affect the sale price of their home. It is recommended that this service be done well in advance of the listing of a property. The seller is paying for the opinion of Galaxy Property Inspection. Payment is due at the time of the inspection.
Aerial Property Photography
Home Aerial photography: $100
While Galaxy Home Inspection is a property inspection company, Inspector Jim is a former helicopter pilot and holds an FAA UAS license. We use an FAA registered Mavic 2 Pro drone and have the ability to take aerial photographs of a property. This is a service for all home and commercial properties. GPI will take 10 photos of a property using different heights up to 350 ft. If the property is large, the drone can take photos as high as 400 ft above ground level while adhering to all FAA rules and regulations. This service must be scheduled well in advance to give GPI enough time to research any current NOTAMS (Notice to Airman) that may apply to the airspace over the property. In some instances, aerial photos may not be permitted in accordance with FAA regulations. This is a great service for real estate agents who want additional pictures of a property before they list the property for sale. Payment is due at the time of service.
ADD-ON Services Available
Wood Destroying Insect Inspection
The WDI inspection comes with the NPMA-33 letter. This inspection is a visual inspection for all wood destroying insects to include termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and re-infesting wood-boring beetles. This is a visual inspection only. No destruction of walls, siding or other areas of the home will be performed. This inspection is performed within the regulations of each state for a visual inspection only.
GLA Floor Plans
Using mapping technology, this add-on service allows the inspector to make a GLA level floor plan of the property. It will include all rooms, closets, basement, enclosed porch areas, and stairways. The client will be sent a floor plan via email, separate from the home inspection report. The floor plan will be went with and without dimensions, showing the total square footage of the property.
